Pastor Troy was appointed to serve as Calvary Church's Senior Pastor on September 1, 2019. Pastor Troy graduated summa cum laude from Liberty University with a bachelor's degree in Christian Leadership and Management and earned a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministries from the Rawlings School of Divinity at Liberty University in 2019.
Prior to his pastoral appointment, Pastor Troy served the local community as the Executive Director of Lebanon County Christian Ministries for almost fifteen years. Pastor Troy is a veteran of the U.S. Navy where he served on the ballistic missile submarine, USSBN George Bancroft, while stationed in Charleston, South Carolina.
Pastor Troy is committed to the Holy Bible - its Divine inspiration, infallibility, and inerrancy. He believes that the Holy Bible is the final authority for the Christian rule of faith and conduct (2 Timothy 3:16). Pastor Troy has a servant's heart that demonstrates one's spiritual service of worship (Romans 12:1-2). His spiritual gifts include: Administration, Exhortation, Serving, Preaching, and Evangelism. Pastor Troy's life verses are: Proverbs 3:5-6; Matthew 6:33; and Romans 12:1-2.
Pastor Troy and his wife, Deb, are happily married for almost twenty-five years. They have five children: Celina, Morgan, Jared, Caleb, and Brigitte. They live in Swatara Township.
